Transform your workplace
into a culture of reference
Where people thrive, feel well and work better
Through our evidence-based program
We offer wide range of programs or workshops to transform the way you and your team work together.
Bottom-up, top-down, or lateral, our unique change program targets the specific but little-known behaviors that hinder your ability to innovate and lead to conflict, stress, and burnout. Join us in creating a world of better work.
New skills that bring resilience, confidence and well-being in your team from the day one. We offer dynamic and interactive group trainings based on scientific methods. Acquiring new skills starts in the class, but what makes it really work is the practice outside of the training settings. Hence we offer a detailed plan for implementing the new skills in work settings and make the change come true.
A team of experts will be with you to provide you analysis and insight regarding your specific case and support you.
For individuals that feel hopeless, stressed or burned out. With our unique approach we help to identify and tackle ineffective behavioural patterns that get into a way in achieving your goals. We will help you to create new more effective behaviours that will increase your resilience, motivation and reduce stress and unhappiness.
We offer to create customized workshops for the needs of your team. They can vary in length and style and they are usually interactive, fun and motivational. The goal is the same: to increase well-being and mental health in your working environment!
We are currently recruiting a small number of participant teams from around the world in which Otu Labs will work with you and a selected team of change makers from your company.
You and your team will increase your ability to respond to even the most extreme events, one step at a time.
Resilience stems not from the ability to resist hardship, but to radically accept it. Learn to collectively and positively respond to stress and thrive even in hard times.
Otu Labs develops everyone’s capacity to lead. That means more empowerment, less bureaucracy, and an increased ability to tap the collective intelligence of the team.
Skilled work is meaningful work. Otu Labs will reinvigorate your team’s collective vision, driving you towards the goals that matter for you and your clients.
Ryan’s event on well-being in the PhD was a total success on our center. He helped us identify some of the problems associated with our doctoral studies with very clear hands-on methodologies. Additionally, he encouraged us to reflect on this difficulties, in groups and individually, to come up with some solutions to tackle them. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with someone with this knowledge and professionality!
After a entering the academic world and getting to know the power dianmics that lead to unhealthy work relationships which very profoundly stablished, as predoctoral researcher, you start to loose passion and motivation, and many times even experiencing anxiety. Some of the factors that contribute to this effect are very well known though very difficult to change, and even more from a powerless position, as it is being a predoctoral student. In this sense Mental well-being program for scientists based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy has helped me to become aware of my individual power to take action on how to approach conflicts and keep resilient applying tools that help relieve the emotional burden that comes with this work environment.
I’ve participated in three workshops on Conflic management organised by Ryan and Aleksandra and it was a very helpful experience. In our day to day professional tasks we have to deal with a lot of meetings, revisions, feedbacking, assessments… and so forth. These tasks require a group of skills, including being able to avoid as many conflicts and problems as we can. So in this workshop, we had the chance to walk through different strategies and techniques of managing conflicts from the perspective of prevention of problems on the on hand, and also of solution of problems on the other. So very interesting integrative perspective. Hope to have the chance to repeat the experience and keep working on my interpersonal effectiveness.
Thank you Ryan and Aleksandra for the very helpful guidance!
